| What happens when I choose Kaboodle? |

Many people ask us what happens once they come on board with Inzen. The process is very simple and straight forward:
- DAY 0 (before you even come on board)
Firstly we sit down with you and go over your requirements - how you want the website to look, what you want to achieve with it, who will be trained, what features you'd like to use, etc. If you want us to design your site, we do that before 'flicking the switch'.
- DAY 1
We turn on your development website. The day after you sign your contract, we already have a new, 'vanilla' website ready for you to start using. We organise with you a first training session. If your design has already been done, this design will be implemented on the new site.
- ABOUT DAY 4
We have our first training session. Here, an Inzen staff member trains up to 3 of your staff how to log in to your website, create new pages, edit existing pages, upload images, create links, create a menu structure and all the basic elements to get you started. From here, you can already start building your website, anywhere, anytime. From this point, we are always available for either phone or email support.
- ABOUT DAY 20
At this point, you are probably competent with building your site and adding content. Now we organise another training session to work on the more powerful features of Kaboodle - site statistics, search engine optimisation, e-commerce, newsletters, photo galleries and so on. Also at this point, you can ask any questions and go over anything you want to check or confirm.
Our experience is that the client deciding exactly how they want to present their website is usually the most time-consuming factor in getting your website live.
