| Kaboodle - users and biographies |

 |
Kaboodle allows an organisation to instantly create, edit and delete users in order to control who has access to the various components of the back-end controlling your website.
These users log on using a username, password and human verification system (involving typing in the numbers and letters they see on the screen - something which a computer script cannot do) to access the back-end of the product. All logon credentials adopt the block cipher Advanced Encryption Standard (AES - Rijndael) as our encryption methodolog, making it incredibly secure.
To find out more about our security mechanisms, read our Predator or Prey article.
Apart from the security mechanisms of Kaboodle, the User Accounts mechanism also allows an organisation to promote their staff through the use of biographies.
Harmers Workplace Lawyers is a good example of such a client, giving a visitor the ability to search for and locate all fee-earners within the organisation. The biography also has a picture, and can link to and and all articles on the site written by the staff member.
