Kaboodle - subscribers and email newsletters
build your online contact database

A screenshot example of a clients' subscription page automatic subscription mechanism
Kaboodle has an in-built automatic subscription mechanism so all of your clients, potential clients, subscribers, staff, suppliers or any other interested parties can opt-in to receive your newsletters through your website - you don't have to do anything. When subscribing, your audience gets the option to fill out various tick boxes and forms as defined by you to discover what part of your services they are interested in.

These details then get recorded in your contact database, segragating your audience so you find out more about your market's interests and an automatic notification is sent to the site administrators, and a confirmation email is sent to the new subscriber, with details on how to change their profile at any time. In accordance with the Spam Act 2004, subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through either email or the website.

import an existing database
Kaboodle's in-built contact database - to manage all your email marketing campaigns Kaboolde also has a mechanism for you to import any previously existing contact database. It accepts cvs files amongst others, meaning you can import data from Outlook, Excel, SQL, Access and just about any other database program capable of exporting. You simply 'map' whatever fields you like, and click 'Import' and your contacts are imported in to the Kaboodle system. All in real-time.

promote to your chosen market

Once you have your contact database setup, sending professional HTML email newsletters to them is easy - using our in-built templates, and with Inzen's advice, we will help your business create a branded, good-looking and completely functional email newsletter. Unlike many other systems, Kaboodle's newsletters work in all email clients, are able to be forwarded without degrading, are small in size (and thus quick) and comply with all standards, thus will even work in Hotmal and Yahoo accounts.

The newsletters link back to your website, so through the in-built statistics package, you can then monitor your click-though rate and see how your market is responding.
