how to maximise your rankings on search engines

 One of the most important things a Content Management System can do is to make it easy for search engines to search all the content on your site to maximise your rankings on their systems.
There are a number of contributing factors to how well your website will rank:
- The actual content of your site - the words and the 'alt' and 'title' tags
- The metatags or keywords, where you explicitly define what your site is about
- The reciprocal links you set up to and from other sites, especially with content similar to yours
- How easy it is for the search engine to 'spider' the pages on your site.
