“As the CEO of an emerging medium-sized business – 3 Minute Angels - I had heard nightmare stories from peers of trying to get a useable, profitable online presence for their companies. I was freaked out at the prospect of having to climb the mental equivalent of Mount Everest: to get my head around the different intellectual disciplines required.

The idea of different software types that did not talk with one another was not appealing. Being at the behest of multiple suppliers’ time-lines was equally unappealing. The whole thing was in the ‘too hard’ basket.

I was still paralysed by these issues when I noticed my contemporaries were starting to get good results from campaigns that drove their database and web site together. The potential of getting low cost per acquisition customers was so appealing, I ventured my hand and met with the Inzen crew for the first time.

In 15 minutes I could see why their product would:

  • Not require multiple suppliers
  • Not require new hardware purchases
  • Not require any new software purchases

In 30 minutes I understood that I - (or any other suitably unqualified person) - could create and manage our company website. That it was as easy as Microsoft Word is to use, and just like Word, its user-friendliness is key.

Within 45 minutes, I could see how their product would give 3 Minute Angels a profitable internet-based revenue stream.

That was tick in all boxes as far as I was concerned. It was entire, easy and profitable.

Inzen demystified internet-database marketing for me. The product is designed around search engine optimisation. This encourages visitors to the website, where they are provided with up to date relevant information (because we can simply and instantly update it). The information/quote request forms found on the web site are used to gain permission and the e-mail addresses of visitors. The product then adds them into our database according to their type of request(s). We then build Special Offers that are e-mailed to specific customer types. We the monitor the campaigns, refine them and repeat. It is so easy.

Looking back, I can see that some of my fears were legitimate. There are few, if any, comparable products to Inzen.

Looking forward, I am genuinely excited by the prospects. As I write this, our new Inzen site has been live for only 3 weeks, and today we had 6 sales attracted, qualified and confirmed by our new web site”
